With the help of the members of AEGEE-Amsterdam, you will experience Amsterdam like no tourist has before. Not only will we give you a good view and knowledge of Amsterdam, we will also introduce you to the student life in the Netherlands. The historical centre is famous for its canals, coffeeshops, red light district, bikes, old houses and small roads. Many famous places such as Dam Square, Museum Square, the Anne Frank House, the Royal Palace and others can be seen while you are staying here. Amsterdam is definitely one of the best cities to explore if you are interested in history and culture in general. The students of Amsterdam are excited to show you everything you need to know about their city!

The optional fee is 25 euros. For this you get free public transport for 5 days. We are aware that this is very expensive, however public transport in the Netherlands is very expensive compared to other countries. It is cheaper to buy this optional fee, and get a certain “card” from us, than to buy tickets all the time. You will be sleeping in a part of Amsterdam that is too far away from the city centre to walk. We HIGHLY recommend you to buy the optional fee.
